On 3 March, the new album by Metsatöll – Äio – will be released. The album was recorded in association with Spinefarm Records, subsidiary of the international business group Universal Music. The album contains 14 brand new hard-hitting songs, the music and lyrics of which were brought to life in the solitude of a farmstead located in South Estonia, near the Hargla village. This has given the new songs a breathing that, according to the guys themselves, cannot be achieved in a large city. The single Only Bravery off the new album has already been published, the video of which is based on the animated film Suur Tõll by Jüri Arrak.

On the afternoon of the day the album will be released – on Wednesday, 3 March, 4p.m. to 6p.m– you can meet the guys, take pictures with them and ask for autographs at the Viru Centre Lasering. The album will be on sale everywhere on Wednesday morning.

The band will present their new album on March 19 and 20, in Rock Café, Tallinn. What makes these shows unique is that during their longest set ever, Metsatöll, together with the National Male Choir, will play both their entire new album as well as songs from the DVD Raua needmine. The two hour shows will also feature highlights from all previous albums.

On Friday, 19 March, Rock Café will open its doors at 9p.m. and the show starts one hour later. On Saturday, 20 March, the doors will open already at 4p.m. and the show will commence at 5p.m.
